The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Warren, RI, is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, free, and accessible education experience. Over the course of a year, participants engage with six informative e-booklets tailored to their journey in diabetes management and receive a monthly e-newsletter filled with helpful seasonal tips and local community event information in both English and Spanish. By enrolling, participants also gain access to the monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they can directly connect with ADA professionals to ask pressing diabetes questions, explore the critical link between diabetes and heart health, and benefit from exclusive giveaways designed to promote wellness and empower them in their diabetes journey.
