Located in West Greenwich, RI, the Home-Delivered Meal Program serves homebound older adults who are unable to meet their nutritional needs due to illness or disability. Through our partnership with Meals On Wheels, we provide one hot meal per day, Monday through Friday, ensuring that our clients receive the nourishment and care they deserve. We invite individuals to apply for our emergency food service via a simple referral process, which can be completed online or submitted through fax or mail. We accept referrals from various sources, including healthcare providers, family members, and friends. While we suggest a donation of $3.00 per meal, we want everyone to know that meals are provided regardless of financial ability. Our mission is to ensure that no older adult goes hungry, fostering health and well-being in our community.
