The Community Health Network Program, offered by the Rhode Island Parent Information Network (RIPIN) in West Warwick, RI, is dedicated to empowering individuals to take charge of their health through a comprehensive range of services. Our centralized referral system connects clients to evidence-based programs that are tailored to their specific needs, providing essential system navigation and direct referrals to a variety of health resources.
