Clinica Esperanza/Hope Clinic is dedicated to providing free, high-quality primary medical care for residents of Westerly, RI who lack health insurance, with a special commitment to serving Spanish-speaking individuals and embracing cultural nuances in healthcare. Our mission centers on prevention and health maintenance, empowering our patients with the resources necessary to enhance their long-term well-being. We offer a comprehensive range of services including pre-employment physicals, treatment for non-urgent medical issues like colds, flu, and minor injuries, and chronic disease management for conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. Our women’s health services cover STD screenings, pregnancy tests, and obstetric visits, while we also provide nutrition counseling, lifestyle modification assistance, and support for medication adherence. Additionally, we administer important vaccinations and conduct follow-up medical visits. Patients in need are welcomed to our CHEER Walk In Non-Urgent Care clinic, available Monday through Friday from 12 PM to 5 PM and Saturday mornings from 9 AM to 12 PM, where we serve on a first-come, first-served basis.
