MOVE! Weight Management Program in Woonsocket, RI is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually, and to connect them with tailored weight management options that align with their personal needs and preferences. We offer a range of support including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, the TeleMOVE! program for in-home messaging and clinician contact, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer an independent approach. For Veterans who continue to face challenges with weight management, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
