At the Independent Aging and Living Support Services Program in Wyoming, RI, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults in Washington County, East and West Greenwich, and Jamestown. Our mission is to provide essential support through reliable transportation services for healthcare appointments and grocery shopping, along with meal delivery options including Meals on Wheels. We recognize the importance of social connections, which is why we also offer friendly visitations to combat isolation among seniors. Beyond these vital services, we assist with minor home repairs, yard clean-up, and snow removal for individuals over 90 who may not have family support. Partnering with the RI State Division of Elderly Affairs, we also facilitate the Senior Companion Program, engaging seniors aged 60 and above in meaningful volunteer work while providing them with a stipend. We are here to empower our elderly community with the support they need to live independently and with dignity.
