At Women, Infants and Children (WIC) in Aiken, SC, our mission is to foster healthy eating habits among low-income pregnant and postpartum women, breastfeeding mothers, and children from birth to five years old. We provide essential services including nutrition education, supplemental food assistance, breastfeeding promotion, and health care referrals to ensure families have the support they need. In response to challenges posed by COVID-19, we have adapted our services to prioritize the safety of our clients and staff while remaining accessible.
