The Meal Support Program in Aiken, SC, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. We offer live, virtual group meals that create a safe and supportive environment, enabling participants to share nourishing meals alongside others who understand their journey. Our sessions occur four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner times, allowing flexibility to fit into individual schedules. Each meal support session is facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners who are advancing their expertise through the Clinician’s Incubator training program. While we provide essential meal support in a supportive atmosphere, we want to emphasize that this is not a crisis intervention service.
