Located in Anderson, SC, our Meal Delivery program is dedicated to providing high-quality meals to elderly and disabled individuals in our community who may struggle to access adequate nutrition. Our home-delivered meals ensure that homebound clients receive vital nourishment directly to their doors. Each day, we offer a diverse selection of meals, and interested individuals can easily apply by submitting an Application form and Physician Referral Form, available for download. Once the forms are complete, applicants can send them via mail, fax, or email with 'REQUEST MEALS' in the subject line. After eligibility is confirmed, clients will be placed on a waitlist, which currently ranges from 2 to 3 months, as we work to ensure everyone receives the support they need.
