Meal Support Program
Project HEAL Anderson, SC
About Meal Support Program
Based in Anderson, SC, the Meal Support Program, a part of Project HEAL, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a welcoming virtual environment where participants can join live, facilitated drop-in group meals designed to foster a sense of community and support. With meal support sessions taking place four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals have the flexibility to attend as many sessions as they wish, helping them integrate nutrition into their recovery journey. Each session is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, ensuring participants receive informed and compassionate guidance. While our program aims to empower and support participants in their meal experiences, we are not a crisis support service; for urgent needs, please seek immediate help from qualified professionals.
