The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Barnwell, SC, is dedicated to supporting individuals newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, free, and accessible 12-month education initiative. Available in both English and Spanish, this program guides participants with six informative e-booklets tailored to their needs, a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and community resources, and details on local events to foster engagement and support. By enrolling and providing their contact information, participants can also join our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A sessions, an opportunity to connect directly with ADA experts to address diabetes-related questions, understand the connection between diabetes and heart health, and engage with others in their journey.
