The Meal Support Program in Beaufort, SC, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals that create a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals together. With daily sessions available at convenient times for lunch and dinner, individuals can easily incorporate meal support into their schedules, attending as often as they need. Each session is facilitated by nutrition practitioners who are training in the Clinician’s Incubator program and are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring professional guidance and care throughout the process. While our program is focused on meal support and not crisis intervention, we are here to foster recovery and well-being in a nurturing atmosphere.
