Located in Bluffton, SC, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, guiding them toward effective weight management solutions tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options including supportive group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! service for convenient in-home management. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app provides resources and coaching at your fingertips. Additionally, we offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
