At the Epworth Family Care Center in Bluffton, SC, we are dedicated to empowering mothers facing substance use disorders by providing a nurturing and secure residential environment where they can live with their children as they pursue long-term recovery and family stability. Our comprehensive program offers essential services including residential housing, parenting skills development, personalized case management, life skills training, recreational health activities, medical care, and nutrition education, as well as educational and vocational support. Mothers and their children can stay with us for up to six months, working diligently on rebuilding their lives and fostering a path toward independence and lasting family reunification.
