Located in Blythewood, SC, the Nutrition Program by Wateree Community Actions is dedicated to supporting seniors aged 60 and above, particularly those living alone and facing chronic illnesses. Our mission is to empower older adults to manage their health effectively through a combination of nutrition education, health education, fitness and exercise programs, and health screenings. We believe in fostering a proactive approach to wellness, ensuring our participants have the resources and support necessary to lead healthier lives while addressing the unique challenges posed by chronic conditions.
