Epworth Family Care Center in Blythewood, SC, is a nurturing residential facility dedicated to supporting mothers facing substance use disorders. Here, mothers and their children can live together in a safe and warm environment designed to foster long-term recovery and family strengthening. Our comprehensive program offers residential housing, parenting skills development, case management, life skills training, recreational health activities, medical care, and nutrition education, alongside educational and vocational services. Families have the opportunity to stay at the center for up to six months, allowing them to rebuild their lives and work towards long-term independence and reunification.
