Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Charleston, SC

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Charleston, SC offers essential and compassionate meal support for individuals over 16 who are in outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program provides a safe, virtual space for participants to gather for live, facilitated group meals that focus on nutrition while fostering a sense of community. With four meal support sessions each day, including two lunch and two dinner options, those in recovery can choose to attend as many sessions as their schedule permits. Led by nutrition practitioners in the Clinician’s Incubator training program, our sessions prioritize informed and empathetic guidance to empower individuals on their recovery journey. While we are dedicated to supporting meal needs, please remember we are not a crisis care service; for urgent support, we encourage reaching out to the appropriate resources.
