Epworth Family Care Center, located in Chester, SC, is a nurturing residential facility dedicated to supporting mothers battling substance use disorders. We provide a safe and welcoming environment where mothers and their children can live together while focusing on long-term recovery and family strengthening. Our comprehensive program offers essential services, including residential housing, parenting skills development, case management, life skills training, recreational health activities, medical care, and nutrition education. Additionally, we provide educational and vocational services to empower mothers as they rebuild their lives. With the opportunity to stay for up to six months, our residents are guided on their journey towards independence, permanent family reunification, and a brighter future for themselves and their children.
