MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Clemson, SC, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive weight management and health promotion approach. Our mission is to support every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities by annually screening for obesity and providing tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative platforms like TeleMOVE! for at-home support and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who wish to self-manage their weight. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
