At the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program in Clinton, SC, our mission is to support the health and nutrition needs of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with infants and children up to the age of five. We provide essential services including nutrition education, supplemental food assistance, breastfeeding promotion, and referrals for healthcare to ensure that families have the resources they need to thrive. In light of COVID-19, we have adapted our services to prioritize the health and safety of our clients and staff, and while our locations are temporarily closed to the public, our dedicated phone lines remain open.
