Located in Columbia, SC, the Meal Support Program provides vital, free meal assistance tailored for individuals over the age of 16 who are at the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program hosts live, facilitated virtual group meals, fostering a safe and supportive environment where participants can share a meal and receive the encouragement they need to nourish their bodies. With sessions offered four times daily during lunch and dinner, individuals can easily integrate this support into their schedules. Each session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are in the process of obtaining their CNS certification. While our focus is on providing compassionate meal assistance, we want to emphasize that this program is not designed for crisis situations.
