At Catholic Charities' Pee Dee office in Conway, SC, our Pregnancy Case Management program is dedicated to supporting women during their pregnancy journey, extending help until their newborn is two years old. We provide essential services including Emergency Baby Kits, Pregnancy Nutrition Education, assistance with Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) enrollment, job readiness training, temporary housing solutions, and parenting classes. Our mission is to empower expectant mothers with the resources they need to thrive, ensuring that they feel supported and informed every step of the way. Please note that due to COVID-19, our Pregnancy Case Management services are currently suspended until further notice; we look forward to resuming operations to assist our community soon.
