MOVE! Weight Management Program in Darlington, SC, is dedicated to empowering Veterans to achieve healthier lifestyles through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to annually screen each Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services, providing various treatment options that align with individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of services, including supportive group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! system for in-home messaging and clinician communication. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, we provide the MOVE!
