Located in Dillon, SC, the Nutrition Education Program (SNAP-Ed) is dedicated to empowering families to make healthier food choices on a budget while fostering physically active lifestyles. Our mission centers on promoting wellness, particularly among at-risk populations who face significant challenges related to chronic diseases. Through engaging health-focused classes, we provide practical skills in areas such as MyPlate, meal planning, grocery shopping, sodium reduction, and label reading, alongside kid-friendly programs that encourage family participation. We also offer free nutrition education materials to all participants, ensuring that everyone has access to the tools they need for healthier living.
