Epworth Family Care Center, located in Easley, SC, is dedicated to supporting mothers facing substance use disorders by providing a nurturing residential environment where they can live alongside their children. Our mission is to foster long-term recovery and strengthen family bonds through comprehensive services including residential housing, parenting skills development, case management, life skills training, and recreational health activities. We also offer essential medical care and nutrition education, along with educational and vocational support. Mothers and their children are encouraged to stay with us for up to six months, allowing them the time and resources needed to rebuild their lives, achieve independence, and work toward permanent family reunification.
