MOVE! Weight Management Program in Easley, SC, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our primary mission is to screen every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities for obesity, directing them to tailored weight management options that align with their individual needs and lifestyles. We offer a variety of supportive resources, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home guidance. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who have not met their weight goals through other methods.
