At Epworth Family Care Center in Elgin, SC, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing residential environment for mothers facing substance use disorders. Our mission centers on empowering these mothers and their children by offering a comprehensive program that includes safe housing, parenting skills development, individualized case management, life skills training, and recreational health activities. We also prioritize medical care and nutrition education, along with educational and vocational services to ensure a well-rounded approach to recovery. Families can stay with us for up to six months, during which they will receive the support needed to rebuild their lives, achieve long-term recovery, and work towards independence and permanent family reunification.
