MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Fountain Inn, SC, is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission extends to annually screening every Veteran who seeks care at VA facilities for obesity and providing personalized referrals to various weight management options that align with individual needs and preferences. The program offers a range of supportive services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! platform for remote assistance. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available to aid in personal weight management goals. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges related to weight, ensuring each participant receives the comprehensive care they deserve.
