Located in Gaston, SC, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our initiative offers live, virtual group meals that foster a supportive environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals together. With four daily session times available, including two for lunch and two for dinner, clients are encouraged to attend as their schedules allow. Each meal session is led by caring nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification. Please note that while we offer essential meal support, we do not provide crisis intervention services. For urgent care needs, we recommend reaching out to crisis resources directly.
