Epworth Family Care Center in Georgetown, SC is dedicated to supporting mothers with substance use disorders in a safe and nurturing residential environment. Our comprehensive program focuses on long-term recovery and family strengthening, allowing mothers and their children to live together while accessing essential services. We provide residential housing, parenting skills development, case management, life skills training, and recreational health activities. In addition, we offer medical care, nutrition education, as well as educational and vocational resources to empower our residents. Mothers can stay with us for up to six months, during which time they work diligently to rebuild their lives, achieve independence, and facilitate permanent family reunification.
