The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Greer, SC, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to annually screen each Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and to provide tailored referral options that encompass a variety of treatment approaches to fit individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of support, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which includes in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have explored our other options but continue to face challenges with weight management.
