Located in Hilton Head Island, SC, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to ensuring that low-income individuals with dysphagia have access to essential resources for better nutrition and quality of life. We provide emergency food items specifically designed for those with swallowing difficulties, including thickeners and pre-modified foods, along with therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to support and empower individuals facing these challenges, ensuring they can enjoy safe and nourishing meals while maintaining their dignity and well-being.
