MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Hilton Head Island, SC, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission focuses on improving the lives of those who have served by screening every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity. We provide a variety of customized care options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which offers in-home support and clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with overweight or weight-related issues. Participation is open to all interested Veterans, and we encourage you to connect with your local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to discover how you can embark on your weight management journey with us.
