Our Family Support team is committed to providing timely, accurate information and essential assistance right from the moment of diagnosis. We offer a variety of resources, including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support. Additionally, we guide families through the often complex processes of applying for Medicaid, securing insurance coverage, and accessing Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
