Located in Hopkins, SC, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income individuals grappling with dysphagia. Our mission focuses on providing vital food assistance by offering essential items such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
