MOVE! Weight Management Program in Hopkins, SC, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and provided with tailored treatment options that align with their unique preferences and needs. We offer a variety of services including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. For those who prefer self-directed weight management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have previously tried the MOVE! program but continue to face challenges with their weight.
