The Meal Support Program in Inman, SC, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support services tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers structured, live virtual group meals designed to create a welcoming and supportive environment for participants to engage in nourishing themselves while receiving encouragement from trained nutrition practitioners enrolled in the Clinician’s Incubator program. With meal support sessions available four times a day—two during lunchtime and two for dinner—participants have the flexibility to join as many sessions as their schedules allow. While we focus on enhancing meal experiences in a safe space, we encourage those in need of urgent care or crisis support to reach out to appropriate services for immediate assistance.
