The Homeless Program at Fetter Health Care Network is dedicated to supporting individuals experiencing homelessness in Johns Island, SC, and the surrounding Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton, and Dorchester counties. We work closely with community health providers and social service organizations to ensure access to critical services such as preventive care, wellness visits, personal hygiene, and essential food assistance.
