MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Johns Island, SC, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to obesity prevention and weight management. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities receives annual screenings for obesity and is connected to tailored weight management services. With a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, we offer flexible solutions to meet the unique needs of our Veterans.
