Located in Kershaw, SC, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and lives of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who visits VA facilities receives annual screenings for obesity and is referred to appropriate weight management solutions tailored to their individual needs. We offer a range of care options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, and those needing additional assistance may explore options such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
