Our team utilizes a solution-driven and nonjudgmental approach that addresses the unique external and internal challenges faced by veterans. We provide individual coaching sessions that focus on key areas such as nutrition and weight loss, stress management, grief, ADHD, work-family balance, physical fitness, and spiritual life. Understanding that distance or transportation can be barriers, our coaches are flexible and available to conduct sessions via Skype or telephone.
