The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Lexington, SC, is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of advocates for an equitable food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. This fellowship offers participants unique, hands-on training on our organic farm, where they will learn to teach and implement practices that promote food accessibility and sustainability. Through educational initiatives such as community gardens and health-focused workshops, Fellows work directly with local partners to support farmers' markets and enhance distribution channels for healthy foods. With a commitment to inclusion, we ensure that our program is free of tuition, making it accessible to those eager to make a difference. Selected Fellows will undergo an immersive six-month residency at our farm, followed by a Community Action Year, allowing them to apply their knowledge in real-world settings alongside regional non-profit organizations. Applications are open until March of each year, with the program running from May to October.
