Helping Hand South Strand is dedicated to providing compassionate emergency aid to individuals and families in Little River, SC, and the surrounding South Strand area. Our essential services include emergency food assistance through our food pantry, available once every eight weeks, along with clothing support and utility bill assistance for those facing disconnection notices. We also offer transportation services and prescription help, as well as propane and kerosene support specifically for seniors.
