The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Little River, SC, is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive and accessible year-long journey. This free program, available in both English and Spanish, includes six informative e-booklets tailored to guide participants in understanding diabetes management effectively. Additionally, our monthly e-newsletters provide valuable seasonal tips and insights, as well as information about local community events. Enrollees who share their phone numbers can join our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, allowing them to connect directly with American Diabetes Association experts to address their diabetes-related questions.
