Helping Hand South Strand is dedicated to providing emergency assistance to individuals and families in need within the Longs, SC area. Our compassionate services include emergency food assistance through our food pantry, which can be accessed once every eight weeks, along with clothing, utility bill support for those who have received final notices, transportation aid, prescription assistance, and propane or kerosene for seniors. We also offer special programs such as Back-to-School shoes, Christmas gifts for children and seniors, and Thanksgiving meals, ensuring that our community members receive the support they need during critical times.
