Epworth Family Care Center in Lugoff, SC, is a nurturing residential facility dedicated to supporting mothers facing substance use disorders and their children. Our mission is to foster long-term recovery and family empowerment within a safe and supportive environment. At the Family Care Center, mothers and their children can reside together while accessing comprehensive services such as residential housing, parenting skills development, case management, and life skills training. We prioritize health by providing medical care and nutrition education, along with educational and vocational services to equip mothers for future independence and successful family reunification. Our program allows families to stay for up to six months, enabling them to rebuild their lives and create a lasting foundation for recovery and stability.
