The Meal Support Program in Lugoff, SC, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers virtual drop-in group meals, creating a safe and supportive environment for participants to share a meal while receiving the necessary guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. With sessions scheduled four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can join as often as needed to fit their lifestyle. Each meal support session is led by professionals within the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification. Our commitment is to foster healing and connection around food in a nurturing setting, empowering those on their recovery journey.
