About Women, Infants and Children (WIC)
In Marion, SC, the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to fostering healthy nutrition among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to provide essential nutrition education, supplemental foods, and strong support for breastfeeding, ensuring families have the resources they need for healthy development. WIC also connects families with vital health care services. In response to COVID-19, we have adapted our services to prioritize the safety of our clients and staff while remaining committed to our community. Although physical locations are currently closed, our staff is available via phone to assist families in accessing the support they need during this time.
