Cancer Transitions is a supportive initiative located in Mauldin, SC, dedicated to empowering cancer survivors who have recently completed their treatment. This evidence-based program is designed for individuals who have finished their treatment within the past 24 months, although it remains beneficial for anyone in their survivorship journey at any point thereafter. We focus on holistic health by offering nutritional support, tailored exercise programs, and education on emotional well-being and medical management. Our mission is to provide comprehensive resources that enable survivors to thrive as they navigate their post-treatment lives.
