Located in Moncks Corner, SC, the Community Farmer's Market is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity by offering essential food assistance to households in need. Our mission is to ensure that individuals and families have access to quality food items that meet their basic nutritional needs. We host a food distribution event on the 2nd Saturday of each month, providing a welcoming environment where community members can receive emergency food support with dignity and care.
